Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant (DA) to support clinical procedures and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow. This role is ideal for someone who is clinically strong, organized, and comfortable working in a comprehensive care setting.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist doctor chairside for a wide range of procedures (restorative, crown & bridge, implants, surgical, and endodontic procedures)
- Follow and maintain proper surgical protocols, including setup, sterile technique, and breakdown
- Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
- Take digital radiographs
- Maintain proper infection control and sterilization protocols
- Ensure all instruments and materials are prepared ahead of procedures
- Support patient comfort and provide clear post-op instructions
- Enter clinical notes and assist with charting in Dentrix
- Coordinate with front desk and clinical team for smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Dental Assisting License (required)
- New Jersey Radiology License (required)
- 3–5 years clinical dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with Dentrix and digital imaging systems
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and instruments
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- Bonus: RDA/ CDA License

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
